Information that you provide
The password and email address that you provide when registering for Medschools Online's services will be kept securely on our database, and this information will not be disclosed to third parties or visitors to the site at any time.

Forums
All information that you post on the forum, including your username, will be publicly available to visitors to the website. This information will also be indexed by search engines such as google and MSN. If you are not happy for information to be publicly availble on the world wide web, don't post it on the forum.

Contacting you
We may use information about you or your organisation to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to our website and new services that we think you'll find valuable.

From time to time, we may also invite you to provide your views on particular services we will be providing to our members.

Cancelling your Membership
If you no longer wish to have any information you have provided stored in our database, you can cancel your membership at any time simply by logging into the site and clicking on 'Cancel My Membership' in your Admin Tools Menu. This will automatically remove all the information that you have put on the website. The only exception to this is the forum and private messaging system. You cannot delete topics after you have posted them, but you can delete individual posts within a particular topic. Please note that if you cancel your membership, these posts will remain on the forum and you will not be able to delete them. This is to ensure that the continuity of the threads and topics is maintained after a user has chosen to delete their membership.

Medschools Online does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third parties.
