I was looking on the UCAS web site and it had all the diffrent universitys that did medicine. They all do BM, wich i know is Bachlour of medicine, but what do the others mean??? and wich are best??? or does it not really matter???

It doesn't matter as long as the course is accredited by the GMC - you can find a list of their accredited courses at:
