Graduates will still be able to apply for a normal student loan to cover living costs.
Graduates WILL NOT be eligible for a loan to cover their tuition fees*.
Graduates studying 5 year courses will have to pay ?12,000 UP FRONT over the first 4 years (?3000 per year). Tuition fees in the final year will be paid by the DOH.
Students on graduate entry courses will have to pay ?3000 UP FRONT in their 1st year. Tuition fees in years 2-4 will be paid by the DOH.
*Unless they did not receive financial support from the government for their first degree (extreme minority of applicants)
