| Chemistry: | Chemistry required at full A2 level | Biology: | Not essential as long as you take maths or physics instead. However, the majority of successful applicants have biology to AS. | Other subjects: | Biology, maths and physics are regarded highly. We wish to see Chemistry, plus a second science or Mathematics. | General studies: | We do not consider General Studies, Critical Thinking, Key Skills. Please check with the Medical School regarding non-academic subjects. | Entrance Exam: | BMAT | Resit policy: | We do not encourage resits - due to the sheer strength of the candidates we see. | GCSE requirements: | We look at percentage of A* at GCSE when short-listing for interview.
